 Join in our celebration.

Cape Fear House Rabbit Society

Chewy
Andy - now named Chewy, has made himself right at home with Nicole and David. Once a shy rabbit , he now sits with them on the couch and even tries getting his own salad out of the refrigerator ! What a happy guy he is.

Queenie
Queenie has made herself right at home with the bevel family of Boiling Springs Lake. Here she is with new friends Tyler, Terry, and Taco.

Keebler
Sailor, now named Keebler, is enjoying his very own home with Jason and Mike of Wilmington. He gets lots of time out of his pen playing and his favorite thing - snuggling. He says he misses us but is very happy right where he is !

George
George (big bun on the right, formerly known as Zack) had been living a peaceful life getting lots of love from Jessica and James. They thought a friend might perk him up a bit and were they ever right ! Into George's life came Elroy (previously Georgie) and opened up a whole new world of fun. Elroy is definitely the instigator, with George right behind - mom Jessica is kept a lot busier with them, but loves every moment.

Sarge
Lucky Sarge is living with Michelle and her family in Castle Hayne, North Carolina. Her two daughters love him . . . . . . . . . . .
Sarge
Sarge
. . . . . we think the feeling is mutual !

Bella, Buster & Scarlet
Scarlet
Scarlet hit the jackpot and went home to Raleigh, North Carolina, with two friends, Bella (left) and Buster (middle) . . . . Way To Go, Scarlet !

Emma & Duster
Emma & Duster
Emma & Duster are living in Burlington, North Carolina, minding the office of Tram Rattanavong. Her daughter Emily loves feeding them parsley and carrots. Here they are in their new home - life is good !

Cadbury
Sparky
Here is cute little Sparky (now named Cadbury) at home with his new friend, Tobitha. Don't they look cute together ! This was CFHR's first male-male bonding and it took less than a week for them to become friends ! Sparky's new mom Ali is thrilled.

George
George
Lonely George wasn't lonely very long ! He met the beautiful Bonnie, and it was practically love at first sight. Bonnie is very protective of her new friend, chasing mom Stephanie away when she tries to pet him ! Aren't they too cute !

Bettina
Bettina
Bettina had her infected eye successfully removed and is living happily ever after in Raleigh. She has a bunny friend, Barney - a little curmudgeon of a man who was won over by her charms and persistence.

Eli and Jinny
Eli
Eli and Jinny took 4 months to bond, but they are now best friends. They live in Wilmington with Ellen, Richard, and Samuel.

Max & Pixie
Max
See little Maxie, relaxing happily on the porch with his new friend, Pixie. Erin, his new mom, couldn't be happier and neither could the bunnies ! Max (now named Norman) also had a rough beginning to his life . . . we are so pleased for him.

Perdita
Perdita
Perdita, now named Bella, has found her forever home with Tess and her cat, Spudguy. In fact, Bella has taken over the apartment, chasing Spudguy, who is twice her size, from "her" territory. We think she is settling in nicely.

Pepper & Bridget
Bridget & Pepper
Bridget and Pepper went home with Taylor and Blair of Wilmington. Bridget and Pepper keep Blair and Taylor entertained with their antics. What a happy couple !

Roswell
Roswell
After spending two and a half years in our family room, Roswell has finally gotten what he really wanted all along - his forever home - here. He has become a large part of our daily lives, and we cannot imagine anyone else who would understand him, or whom he would tolerate. His personality quirks that make him practically unadoptable have endeared him to us, so all his batting and growling at potential adopters has finally paid off for him. Welcome home, Ros.
